I had the chance to speak at the University of Villanova School of Law’s class on ethics, the law and the Code of Professional Responsibility yesterday evening. I met with 60 of the school’s best and brightest in the fastest one hour and 20 minutes on record.
If last night’s debate and discourse is a representative sampling of the quality of the talent about to enter this country’s legal community in the next 12 months, then this country will be fine and the legal community will be in excellent shape to deal with the next generation’s Solyndra, Fast and Furious, MF Global, Washington redistribution of wealth, Wall Street occupation or whatever shape the next earth-shattering legal challenge takes.
